Architectural Change Request

As described in ARTICLE II of the Chandler Grove Declaration of Covenants, “The Architectural Control Committee shall have the sole discretion to determine whether the plans and specifications submitted for approval are acceptable and in compliance with the total scheme of the neighborhood.”

Before beginning any architectural change to your property, please consult the Architectural Standards. Fill out, sign, and return the Architectural Change Request form to the HOA Board at board@chandlergrove.com.

Closing Letter

If you are getting ready to sell your home, you will need a letter from the Home Owners Association which certifies that all your dues have been paid in full. Please refer here to request a closing letter. Please include the following information:
• Name of Seller
• Property Address
• Contact Phone Number
• Contact Email Address
• Closing Attorney
• Closing Date
• Fax Number
• Any Other Comments
