Help Yourself
- Questions about annual dues, violations & fines, keycard access, or maintenance issues at the playground, pool-tennis area, or other common area should be directed to our management company, Silverleaf Management Group, LLC. The community manager is Courtney Simonds who can be reached by email at contactus@silverleafmanagement.com and by phone at (770) 554-3984.
- Most questions about neighborhood rules or HOA policy are answered in our Covenants & Architectural Standards, archived on this site and on the https://portal.silverleafmanagement.com (login required for both). Need more help? Ask the Architectural Control Committee.
- Architectural Change Request (ACR): Submit your request by accessing this link: https://portal.silverleafmanagement.com/Homeowner/MakeRequest. Must login first.
- HOA guidelines mirror county restrictions, including Gwinnett's Quality of Life ordinance. The Gwinnett QOL website includes a helpful Explanation Sheet and a Report a Violation form.
- Criminal activity, unsafe driving, or street parking issues should be reported directly to the Gwinnett County Police Department (911 or 770.513.5700). Share your concerns with the HOA, but be aware that it has no authority over our streets.
- Chandler Grove streets, sidewalks & storm sewers are county property. Use the Service Request form on the Gwinnett DOT website to report a problem. Please forward your confirmation email to the HOA for reference.
- Report power or streetlight outages to Jackson EMC.
